It is with a heavy heart I must inform you the 2021 NCP Conference slated for September 27 & 28, 2021 is being rescheduled. This decision was not made lightly and was done so out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19 and the Delta variant that is causing a spike in cases and increased concern across the nation. After several large industry organizations including Encarta, Yardi and NCSHA made the decision to postpone their events, Grace Hill took a long hard look at the situation and decided this was prudent action. Of course, we are all disappointed but safety for all involved is our first concern.
So, what happens next?
Simply put – Grace Hill has you covered!
We are rescheduling the conference for the Spring of 2022 but do not have an exact date or location solidified yet. As soon as the date is secured, we will inform you, transfer your registration and send you a confirmation notice. If you have finalized your travel plans to Denver for the event, we understand it is inconvenient to have to cancel or change flights but thankfully, airlines are offering extremely flexible cancellation policies with limited change fees. Please notify the airline that your flight needs to be canceled as a result of COVID. Also, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation as we cannot handle that for you.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we all continue to navigate the pandemic landscape. I’m, as well as Grace Hill, are continually thankful for your support, understanding and confidence.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to Bobbi at 1-800-644-0390 or via email at [email protected]. Again, we are sorry we had to make this decision and hope you will understand it was done so with your safety in mind.
Have you ever wondered how some people make compliance & property management look so easy?
Learn Their Secrets at the Ultimate Compliance & Management Brainstorming Event
Have you noticed that some people make compliance look easy? And some others act like managing affordable housing is just a walk in the park? You know who I am talking about… those people at the recent State Agency conference or private training session/webinar who knew all the rules, asked complicated questions AND understood the answers given by the instructor. Or those that come out to audit your files and act like it’s just another day at the office while you sweat through your suit anxiously waiting for them to leave hoping… possibly even praying… they find no findings.
So exactly WHAT is their SECRET?
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY…
how would you like to learn it?
Hey, this is Elizabeth Moreland, formally President of Elizabeth Moreland Consulting and now, after joining forces with Grace Hill, their Affordable Housing Independent Consultant. I have been teaching industry professionals to be Compliance Confident for over 25 years. I have helped thousands of professionals understand the rules and learn the skills necessary to run their affordable housing properties… whether Housing Credit, HOME, HUD, RD or, more likely, a blend. I am writing to you today as I want YOU to gain that same confidence and create a networking circle you can surround yourself with that are available to you when you have questions, need advice or want to discuss a difficult scenario and that is where the 2021 National Compliance Professional or NCP Conference comes in.
Packed with information specifically provided to help you effectively and efficiently streamline your operations, this conference is the perfect time & place for…
- RE-CHARGING your batteries…
- LEARNING the latest news & opinions…
- DISCUSSING solutions with the best in the business… and
- CREATING your own networking group of peers in which you can encircle yourself.
Four years ago, after our 2017 event, I had an attendee walk up to me practically in tears. Of course, I immediately thought something was wrong but quickly discovered she was just thankful and couldn’t contain her emotions. She explained to me she has been struggling in her job for the last 7 years and had been toying with the idea of leaving the industry. The only problem was, she explained, there were little to no jobs in her area so she felt stuck. Her biggest problem was she had no one to go to when she had questions and she strongly felt there was a lot of noncompliance within her portfolio. But after attending the 2-day event, she knew there was hope and suddenly felt a renewed sense of confidence.
You see, the NCP Conference, not only is an incredible educational conference BUT it is a networking and brainstorming event where the attendees actually WANT to help each other resolve their problems… whether it be an issue with compliance, property management, your investor/State Agency or with internal operations.
Whether you are new to affordable housing or a veteran with years of experience, the 2021 NCP Conference will give you so much insight into today’s world of compliance and property management that you will literally walk away with dozens of easy-to-implement ideas, numerous solutions to your compliance & management concerns, and a group of industry peers you can reach out to when you have questions or concerns you want to discuss. Truly a unique conference experience!!
