On April 28, 2020, HUD released a brochure for households living in assisted and insured housing programs administered by HUD’ Office of Multifamily Housing Programs. The document provides guidance about paying rent, evictions and property conditions during the national emergency. The brochure, however, does not cover Public Housing, the Section 8 Mod Rehab or the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
