This course teaches the compliance fundamentals of the program and the specific requirements governed by the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA). Fully reviewed and approved by IFA! Compliance Basics Courses for Other States
Elizabeth has also created 2 additional compliance basics courses for specific HFAs — Housing Credits 300: Compliance Basics for INDIANA Properties and Housing Credits 300: Compliance Basics for KANSAS Properties. The courses were reviewed by their respective HFAs — Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and the Kansas Housing Resource Center (KHRC). - ATTENTION HFAs: If you’d like to have a state-specific compliance course like the ones Elizabeth created for Iowa, Indiana & Kansas (see above), please contact us. There is no charge for course creation or hosting. Elizabeth will work closely with your agency to create a course specific to your compliance requirements based on your compliance manual, website, agency compliance communications, etc. When the draft is completed, she will submit it to you for approval until finalized. Once finalized she will post it at the Housing Credit Training Center and provide a link to a specific website page that you can share with your clients on your website or in any correspondence you send out. We will then keep the course up-to-date. Again, there is no charge to you for the course creation or hosting as we feel creating and posting such courses is a win-win for everyone.
